Comfortable seating with heating and air conditioning.

              

Clients can watch television, DVD or listen to music with IPOD, CD or MP3 along with a PA system for tours and bring refreshments while being entertained. System is equipped to hook up an x-box or play station and most laptops for power points (clients must supply). Large windows for clients to go on tours and enjoy the view (excellent for parade of home tours and Christmas light tours).
