Welcome to StarGazer Limousine Service LLC, a full-service transportation company serving Wisconsin’s Northwoods area with limousine and bus/coach service. We are USDOT-registered and hold commercial insurance according to state and federal regulations.We are also registered with the FMCSA as an intrastate carrier, allowing us to provide you with service anywhere in the state of Wisconsin!
We pride ourselves on customizing our services to your special events in Oneida, Vilas, Price, Lincoln and Iron counties and surrounding areas, including Michigan's Upper Penninsula. For clients needing airport transfer service, we serve Rhinelander, Mosinee/CWA, Eagle River, and Milwaukee/Mitchell International airports. Large and small group transportation is available with our limousine fleet vehicles, while individual van transfers are available through our ride service division, StarGazer Ride Service. When booking our services, you are guaranteed private, non-stop service to your selected airport and timely return service, all in the comfort of your own reserved vehicle with your private driver.
Through our StarGazer Ride Service division, we offer minivan service for pub crawls, shuttles, errands, and much more. Reservations are requested in advance for all services and nighttime services are only available through contracted reservations for pub crawls and other special events.
We also assist handicapped and disabled passengers through our non-emergency medical transport division, Northwoods Mobility Services. If you are disabled and need transportation for disabled guests/clients/customers, please ask us how we can help you. We are also registered providers with a number of area and state agencies, serving low-income and disabled clients.
Our office is conveniently located in between Minocqua/Hazelhurst and Tomahawk, just off US Highway 51 on County Road K in the town of Harshaw. Clients are welcome to visit our office Monday-Friday to view vehicles and plan out their event details with our courteous and friendly office staff. Our 20 Pass International Luxury Limo Bus offers oval shaped black leather seating, with fiber optic color-changing lighting throughout, multiple bar areas with highball glasses and champagne flutes, surround sound stereo, ice chests, as well as a large rear storage compartment for tailgating supplies or luggage. This vehicle offers you all the luxury you could ever want! You will definitely arrive in style with plenty of room for all your passengers.
The 28 passanger International coach bus offers coach seating for up to 28 passengers along with TV/DVD, surround sound stereo with Blutooth, and LED lighting throughout. This bus is perfect for guest shuttles, tours orlarge group outings.
Our 7 passenger full-size Transit 350 is the perfect vehicle for a small group or even those with disabled family or friends. This brand new 2019 model is equipped with the largest capacity hydaulic wheelchair lift available on the market and can seat two wheelchairs as well as ambulatory passengers.
Our 12 passenger Party Bus offers all the amenities of our Party Coach but in a smaller size and is handicapped accessible via a hydraulic lift. Seating is available for up to two wheelchairs and coach-style seating for 12 passengers. Amenities also include a flat screen TV, DVD player, surround sound stereo system and karaoke.
Our new Krystal Coach designed 14-passenger stretch SUV limousine offers all the luxury you could ever want! The vehicle is white with a black vinyl top (tuxedo style design) and features a flat screen TV with DVD, stereo system, starlight ceiling and fiber optic mood lighting, bar areas, ice chests, glassware, and limo seating for up to 14 people. If you want to be noticed and arrive in style, this is the vehicle for you!
The Ford F550 Entourage Coach offers coach seating for up to 28 passengers along with TV/DVD, surround sound stereo with Bluetooth, and LED lighting throughout. This is the bus you want for your long trips or large group events!

When you wish to reserve a vehicle and service, please download and print our service contracts. A completed and signed
contract with a non-refundable $200 deposit will guarantee and hold your requested date of service. We cannot hold dates
without a contract and deposit.
